Why does AOV camera video have frame skipping?

To reduce power consumption, when the device is in the AOV state, the snapshot is awakened according to the set frame rate. For example, in the default performance mode, the frame rate is 1 fps, and the device wakes up the capture every second after entering the AOV state, and the resulting video is 1 frame per second.
