1. Determine if the device preview lag occurs on the local network or 4G network:
-Local network:
(1)Check for network issues by playing videos on the phone to see if there’s a lag.
(2) Ensure the device is within 10 meters of the router.
-4G network:
(1) Test if it’s due to poor network by playing videos on a phone.
(2)If lag persists on 4G, it might be due to insufficient server bandwidth. Suggest trying again later or switching to smooth mode.
