Please restart the device by its side and check the device’s voice prompt:
- If the device prompts “Network connection successful,” pull down to refresh the device status on your phone, and when it shows normal online, click to enter.
- If it prompts “No SlM card inserted” or “Device hardware restricted,” it indicates a problem with the device’s SlM card, and you need to contact the seller to replace the SlM card.
- If the device prompts “Network connecting” but there’s no “Network connection successful “prompt, it may be due to a poor signal at the installation location. It’s recommended that the device’s installation position be changed.
