Try switching to another network. If the issue is not resolved:
1. Determine if the preview screen of the device is lagging. First, confirm whether the lag is in the local area network or 4G network.
There are two situations in a local area network:
(1)network issues, ask customers to play videos on their phones and try to see if they are lagging;
(2)The distance between the device and the router is too far. it is recommended to install it within 10 meters of the router;
4G network:
(1)Determine if the network is not good, and try playing videos on your phone to see if it is lagging;
(2)If there is a lag in 4G, one of the reasons is that the server bandwidth is insufficient. We suggest that customers try again at a different time or switch to smooth mode.
2.Is the device program the latest program;
Note: The reason is that the remote access frame rate is 6 frames, which the customer does not accept. Returns and exchanges are required.
