Troubleshooting steps for ‘Unable to read card’ or ‘Cannot playback’:
- Check if the device has a memory card installed. Installation should be done with the device powered off, and the card should not be inserted while the device powered on.
- Verify if the memory card is being read properly. If not, power off the device and remove and reinsert the memory card (do not insert or remove the card while the device is powered on).
- Ensure that the memory card is a high-speed Class 10 card. Recommended brands include SanDisk or Kingston.
- The memory card should have a memory capacity of between 8GB and 128GB.
- If you are using a used TF card, format it on a computer before inserting it into the device (reminder: please export and save any important data from the memory card first).
- Continuous erasure and reading of the memory card over time can lead to reading failure and wear. It is recommended that lt purchase a new card.
Playback operation: Go to the device preview interface, click on the ‘Cloud Storage/Card Storage’ button at the bottom, and drag it to view.
