WiFi is recommended to be within 10 meters without obstacles. Being too far away or connecting too many electronic devices may result in offline buffering. lf offline, try reconfiguring:
Method 1:
1. Long press the app icon and click delete.
2. Long press the device to restore factory settings.
3. Follow the app prompts to reconnect.
Method 2:
1. Go to device settings>network settings.
2. In the WiFi list, switch to the desired WiFi network.
3. Enter the new WiFi password to successfully switch.
If the issue persists, take screenshots of the app error and network frequency band and contact customer service for assistance.
