- Before adding the camera, please ensure that the camera is powered on and awake.
- Connect your mobile phone to your WiFi network first (make sure it is a 2.4GHz WiFi network, as most field camera additions occur due to selecting a 5GHz Wi-Fi network). Please refers to the question “How to determine 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi” to determine the WiFi frequency band.
- Please carefully verify that the WiFi network name and password you entered are correct.
- Enterprise-eve routers often have many restrictions and high-level security firewalls that may block the addition of most smart devices.
- Perform a camera reset (while the camera is powered on, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds. Release it when you hear a prompt). Also, restartyour router (unplug the router’s power adapter, then pug it back in). Follow the instructions in the manual carefully to re-add the camera.
