Failed to add camera?

  1. Before adding the camera, please ensure that the camera is powered on and awake.
  2. Connect your mobile phone to your WiFi network first (make sure it is a 2.4GHz WiFi network, as most field camera additions occur due to selecting a 5GHz Wi-Fi network). Please refers to the question “How to determine 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi” to determine the WiFi frequency band.
  3. Please carefully verify that the WiFi network name and password you entered are correct.
  4. Enterprise-eve routers often have many restrictions and high-level security firewalls that may block the addition of most smart devices.
  5. Perform a camera reset (while the camera is powered on, press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds. Release it when you hear a prompt). Also, restartyour router (unplug the router’s power adapter, then pug it back in). Follow the instructions in the manual carefully to re-add the camera.
