When the camera cannot receive a smooth WiFi signal, there may be anomalies in the video stream transmission.

  1. Restart the router (unplug the router’s power adapter, then plug it back in)
  2. Restart the camera.
  3. In the app, switch the image clarity to standard definition.
  4. We recommend moving the camera to a location closer to the router or installing a signal amplifier device between the router and the camera.
  5. If none of the above steps work, please contact customer service for further assistance.
